Meet Laura Ocampo



Hi, I'm Laura the Creator of Yogabellz. I have been an athlete and Martial Artist my entire life. Yogabellz is a creation that combines my entire knowledge from 40 years of training and teaching Shotokan Karate, Hatha Yoga, and Kettlebells.

My active and competitive. career naturally led me to find ways to heal my body, mind, and soul. I am currently teaching Breathing, Movement, & Meditation classes, Hatha Yoga classes, as well as Yogabellz classes on Zoom.

I also offer one-on-one services to help people reach their goal of ultimate health and wellness. Check in the "Services" button for in depth information and purchase opportunities.
